Lunch

Italians prefer to eat a full meal at lunch, often saving room from a more simple breakfast. Their eating habits align greatly with their family values and time spent together. Children often go home from school to eat lunch with their family and lunch menus involve many selections.

Dinner

Italian Dinner is often served in several phases to include an appetizer, antipasto, a first course such as soup or pasta. It is followed by a second course of meat or fish and served with sides. We can't forget dessert and coffee and the night usually ends with a drink.
