This is for the heart families. I know you are tired, yet would travel to the ends of the earth or swim the depths of the sea to protect your heart warriors. I know the sleepless nights, the special care, the detailed planning you put into every effort, and the quiet ache you feel when you are alone in your room at the end of the day after you have peeled off your armor. I also know the incredible joy of every victory, and the magic felt in the very moment of every breath. I created this page with you in mind. I'm a heart mama myself. Our battle is HLHS and we have been in the surgical ring eight times. This is a place for faith, inspiration, hope, real stories, and shared heartaches.
