Luke 2:40 "And the child grew, and waxed strong in spirit, filled with wisdom: and the grace of God was upon him."
John 1:14 The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.
Did you know that God's grace is also upon you? We too are able to seek divine influence. God will impart his strength, wisdom, and goodwill upon us.
Hebrews 4:16 tells us, "Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need."
Ephesians 4:7 says, "But to each one of us grace has been given as Christ apportioned it."
2 Peter 1:2 reminds us again, "Grace and peace be yours in abundance through the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord.
It is by grace we have been saved.
Lord,
Thank you for loving us so much that you have sent us the best gift of grace, our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. There is no greater gift we can receive. You have power over all of Heaven and Earth - to the ends of the universe, yet you care about every detail of our lives. You know every corner of our heart. Your mercies are new every morning and your grace gifts are magnificent. Thank you that we can come to your throne of grace when we need you, which Lord, is always. Thank you for your open door. Thank you for your arms wide open. Thank you for always lighting the path to the way home. Thank you for your blanket of grace. In Jesus' name,
Amen.
